This is a 1947 vintage sewing pattern - McCall 6814 for a Misses Coat with double rows of buttons and pockets.  Remember that patterns use different size standards that ready to wear clothing, so this size "20" coat fits a size 38" bust!  The pattern is printed, cut and complete and keep in mind that patterns can be adjusted for size!
