Polar Torsten Fill Logo T-Shirt
A fresh addition as part of Polar’s holiday 2018 range, the Torsten Fill Logo T-Shirt is made from 185gsm cotton and has been designed with a ribbed neckline and crisp hems on the sleeves and body. A photographic image from founder Pontus Alv’s video archive has been printed onto the back, positioned within a circular stroke logo - a recognisable emblem of the brand which is often used within skate films and across clothing. Coloured in blue, cream and black, the image has subtle hand written text layered on top whilst the stroke logo has sharp white lines and two small black dots above and below. Positioned on the left side of the chest, a small stylised Polar text logo has been printed using black ink.
Based in Malmö, Polar is an independently owned and operated skate company, founded by Pontus Alv. Things began with Alv working closely within the local skate scene, making documentaries, this progressed into more projects and ultimately clothing. An individual creative directing style has earned a global reputation, and much anticipated films continue to be released sporadically.
